2015 winner

Norton Rose Fulbright

Delivering a single, global Learning & Development (L&D) programme was a cross-management initiative that produced very tangible benefits in terms of integration during a period of dramatic growth and change. Partners in integrated firms felt this was the outstanding immediate benefit of joining the firm: one representative comment was “I have come to the realisation that our success as a business and the efforts of this team are inextricably entwined”. The training was extended to clients and nearly 400 attended in 2013.

2nd place

Grant Thornton International

Organising a multi-media Global Jam across the entire Grant Thornton organisation was a major logistical exercise that required full participation and support from management across continents. It had extensive reach, especially engaging with Millennials and Gen Z, with thousands across the firm registered, participating and contributing innovative ideas. Aside from putting into practice some of these ideas, the initiative boosted workforce engagement, support for leadership, global press coverage and client relationships.
